The Heritage grounds are a
perfect place for fun and relaxation for the whole family.
Our
spring fed lake
with its sandy beach is an ideal spot for
swimming, sunning and picnicking.
Or perhaps
just to sit in the evening and
listen to the sounds of nature
at twilight time.

We have 56 large shaded
campsites, most overlooking the lake. All sites have water &
electric, some with full hookups. You'll have the perfect spot
for the perfect getaway.

At "The Heritage" we
strive to preserve the beauty of nature by protecting the natural
resources that make this place so special. Visiting our campgrounds
allows you to share the floral and fauna that makes our place so
different from other campgrounds.

The Heritage is a Certified Wildlife
Habitat. You'll see lots of our wooded friends, experience the
beauty of the wild flowers and trees. And Bird Watching
is very popular.

Fishing is great,
from the shoreline or in your own canoe. (boats not provided) You'll
find
largemouth bass, bluegill, breem, catfish, and
chain pickerel. No license is required,
so bring your rod and reel.

Lots of outdoor things to do.
There's swimming, basketball, horseshoes, volleyball, nature
walks,
Bird watching and much, much more.

Throughout the
season we provide live
country and bluegrass music
and
other special evening events.
Under the stars, with the beach
lit
by twinkle lights, you can dance with
your honey and let
your cares drift away.

We would love to have you come
and visit with
us. Open all year and every season has
something
to offer.
So many of our guests return over and over,
enjoying their time with nature
and building memories.
