Campsite Rates are figured
by the day, week, or month. (See Rates Page

Monthly Rates are based on a
1 or 2 person occupancy.

Pay your rent and electric
billings on the due date.

If you are unable to pay the
rent on your due date, then daily of weekly campsite rates will apply
and must be paid in advance.

Should your plans change and
you decide to move during the month there is no refund.

Be conservative with water
usage. We are on a Well.

Well water has mineral
deposits and iron. You may want to attach a filter to your line.

Occasionally, during
times of high water usage, the water pressure will be low. Please
contact Amy if you have a concern.

Insulate your water line and
spigot water source for winter usage with Heat Tape and Pipe Insulation.

If your spigot freezes and
bursts form lack of insulation, you are responsible for the repair or
cost of repair.

Do not nail into any tree or
tie any type of rope or other line around trees or other plants.

Keep the area around you
camper tidy.
-
Use a rake lightly, not a
broom or leaf blower to clean up around your camper.

Do not disturb or walk on
the natural area (pine straw and native plants) around your campsite.

Check with Amy if you wish
to place items for the birds outside your camp area.

Keep outdoor decorations
such as container plantings and seasonal decorations in you campsite
area.

Keep the exterior of your
camper clean. Camper washing is permitted during day hours.
